Almost Persuaded Charters policy concerning the cancellation of your charters is as follows and is strictly adhered to.

Client Cancellation:
Notification must be received within 7 days prior to the charter by phone, e-mail or written letter addressed to: charters@almostpersuaded.com and a confirmation of your cancellation received back from one of our representatives.

Rescheduling of the charter will be offered or you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Forfeit of deposit: Deposits shall be forfeited if you Do Not Show or your cancellation is received less that 7 days from date of the charter.

Cancellation by Almost Persuaded
Captain or Guide:
In the interest of safety, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone.

If the weather forecast for the day of your charter should be considered by our captain to be unsuitable. We will reschedule your charter. The captain shall be the final judge in all charters.
